We have dedicated teams of Conveyancers in each of our offices which all include qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and highly trained paralegals. The teams deal with the day to day progression of the matter supported by sophisticated computerised case management systems to ensure prompt attention is given to each stage of the transaction.

As Solicitors we are also in a position to provide a HIP on receipt of the relevant Order Form and information relating to the property. On receipt of the completed Order Form we will immediately commence the various procedures to enable the information to be collated and assemble the HIP. The HIP will be delivered, in the first instance, in both paper form and CD-ROM; extra copies of each can be provided at the costs shown in the HIP fees link.

The fees for the HIP will be payable with the Order.

If, however at the point of order, and all of the details requested on the Order Form are provided, you instruct us in the sale of your property then we will not charge you our costs for the production of your HIP and defer payment of the disbursements until completion at no additional cost.
