Ellis Jones fee and the cost of the Energy Performance Assessment will be subject to VAT

*The cost of the Energy Performance Assessment is based on the type and value of the property

Additional CD copies of your HIP are available for £10 + VAT and hard copies for £15 + VAT

If the property is leasehold that your landlord may require a payment for providing information concerning the management of the property. We will advise you of the fee prior to payment
