The pack provides the buyer with certain information about your property before they make an offer. It is hoped that this will reduce the cost and stress caused by transactions falling through.

The pack will Include:

  •   a copy of your title to the property
  •   a copy of your lease (if applicable)
  •   a search carried out at the local authority and with the local water company
  •   an Energy Performance Certificate which gives your property a 'green' rating based on the energy saving measures incorprated into the building and recommends action that can be undertaken to increase the property's energy efficiency.
